Rich and the front office was very helpful, as has always been the case with past experiences I've had at the shop. They were willing to bend over to accommodate when worked best for my repairs, including pickup and drop off times. The updates every couple days on how the work, and estimated costs, were coming along were nice to have as well. The repairs ended up looking great, I really wouldn't consider going anywhere else for future repairs and work.
