I was disappointed that after getting my car back after a month and a half it wasn't completely cleaned- it has a lot of dust still. I also discovered that the rear hatch is not functioning correctly, the alignment is off, the ebrake is lose, drivers window automatic button isn't working, the engine smells like it's burning, and there is a paint blubber. After having a rental for so long it was very disheartening

Very easy to work with and customer service oriented. I realized that there was a minor issue with my car and Randy is taking care if it with as little hassle as possible. His response to fixing my issue made it less annoying. I still have to bring my car back and wait for it, but he was very nice about it and definitely wanted to be sure I was happy.
