Friendly staff. They fixed the car much faster than the original time quoted and so far, it seems like top notch work. I would say the staff was the differentiator to my experience. The repair is one which I’d say I’d expect to be done for the price, but I will go back to Abra based on their friendliness and the communication which drove my customer experience. The girls at the front desk were top notch.
