Daily updates were nice. Was able to get my car in the day of my accident. Quality work was done on my vehicle. The only thing I would suggest for the future is earlier notification on the day the car is completed. I was unable to pick up my car because I left town, but would have waited if I knew my car would be finished. Instead of finding out at 4:00pm. Excellent customer service though. Will use Abra again if needed!
