When I first went there to have my car looked at I got early. There was no one to help us. The woman that did finally come over to help us acted like she was not happy to help us at all. Seemed very put out to have to get up from her desk. My appointment was at ****:00 pm and it was about ****:10 pm before my person showed herself. I asked another person if I was ever going to be helped. She informed me she wasn't my person. My person was at lunch and would help me when she was done. When my person did show up she was nice and everything else was good but no apology for being late. First impression wasn't so great. I liked how I was updated and how quickly I got my car back
