Had to go back into shop because battery was dead. Someone left the interior light on. It took several days to reset stereo (find code, enter code) and get system running again. Sent email requesting help or advice 4/**** at 7am and at 2pm still no response.

I kept getting conflicting information when I called earlier was contacted for updates. When I received my car back the interior had a great deal of powder from the shop that had not been cleaned.
