The repair of my fender-bender took seven weeks. The communication was severely lacking. I ended up getting text updates about a different vehicle. And even ended up coming to the shop thinking my vehicle repairs were complete, just to discover that it was not my vehicle that was finished. The repairs turned out fine, but it should’ve taken half the time. I’d never bring my car to this shop knowing this is how they conduct business.

Text me and told me my car was ready and I called and they said it was let and would call me the next day and didn’t, which almost caused me to have to pay for a rental that I didn’t have too. Talked on the phone with someone and they were not sympathetic about it, just kept saying they didn’t know how it happened but it was somebody fault at the shop not mines.
