Car reaked of odor as if it was smoked in. Was asked to pick up vehicle at 5:30 and waited an hour until someone could tell me where it was and until it was finally brought back to me.

There were several times when I was given a two-day window of when my car would be ready. On neither of these days did I receive a call to tell me that my car was still not ready. I had to call Abra, often with long hold times, to find out the status of my repair. Sometimes I would call when my case manager wasn't available and the person who was available didn't have much information about my car and wouldn't be able to tell me approximately when it would be done.
