At this point... Totally satisfied. The car looks perfect as far as I'm concerned and as long as it holds up, as it is right now, I would highly recommend ABRA. As far as a customer service, I was **** because they were so nice too nice... However, that too was the result of my own cynicism at being taken before. Excellent job.

Tim was wonderful to deal with. He went the extra mile to make everything perfect. Autumn was very capable and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Progressive insurance on the other hand was difficult to deal with and performed poorly. I also think they paid you less than another reputable insurance company would for the same work but I have no concrete evidence of that. Thanks for taking good care of my car.

If I would need any repairs in the future I would definitely use ABRA. A very good experience. I liked the updates I received at least daily on the progress of the repairs. I loved the rental car I had and the convenience of picking it up and dropping it off at ABRA . Everything was done in a timely manner and my car looks nice.

Thoroughly pleased with all communications of employees, from receiving multilpe text messages to staff phoning & following up to pleasant disposition & politeness of front desk attendance. Body work was finished without flaw. Only concern is that the passenger side that was repaired, the metal strip that is bolted to the underbelly of the car that is beneath the doors and side panel was painted a metallic silver and not the matte black that was the original color. Also, as a result, there is paint splatter underneath the car that appears to be from the overspray from the metallic spray paint. This does not hinder performance, but could potentially hinder any resale value. All-in-all, pleased with Abra Auto. Thank you, Laurie L
