Y’all did not notice all the defects on the front end paint work. I know that was done by another shop, but I took it to Frank’s because y’all are our family’s trusted shop. Furthermore, after driving it for a day, I am having trouble with the seatbelt and steering wheel controls again. If the insurance is going to pay for the work to get done, why won’t you just fix it? I took a picture of the seatbelt issue, but I would have to pull over and take video footage of the controls not working.

I live in Stockdale which is 40 plus miles from Franks so it was vary important for me to get good information on when to bring my car in and then when to pick it up.
