If we would have not kept calling and asking for updates, the car would still be sitting with a bad battery and no one letting us know. They should have also tried to start the battery without the need of completely replacing it since it wasn't that old. Customer service was lacking in every area possible. I wold not go there by choice ever again, even if it is recommended by insurance again. They should not be recommending this shop ever!!! Have never had such horrible service from a car shop ever
