Car looks great. I appreciated getting text messages throughout the week updating me on the progress. However, the car wasn't ready on the date and time the text messages indicated; I received a message that morning saying I would be called if there were any delays. Since I did not receive a call, I went to pick up my car at the appointed time and it was not ready. It was not a big deal at all, I was only muddy annoyed, but that kind of defeats the purpose of getting updates via text message.
I picked Gabes based on online reviews I read while searching for a collision shop. I appreciate that Gabes lived up to expectations and I really appreciated the personal attention.
