I’m not sure where to start but my insurance is State Farm and Ive seen my share of collision places this year unfortunately but my expertise here rates the lowest. A little bit more customer service and friendliness wouldn’t hurt. Also stating you have a rental car place in ur establishment is a bit of a stretch. I’ve have my car towed to another place before I went to this place again
