The car was not fixed as in the initial estimate, and a substantial amount was later added to the initial estimate. In addition within 12 hours of picking up the car it ceased to function due to "an electrical" fault, for which O'Reilly did not assume any responsibility, although that at the time the car was left at the shop that part had no problems.
Finally after the first signs of rain, the front blinker light shorted out, and a lot of moisture can be seen inside the headlamp. I need to contact O'Reilly right after writing this email so they can fix the car properly.
So far terrible service.

My Service Rep was Walter. I called on Thursday Nov 28th and he promptly and respectfully took my request and made it his top priority. Walter was very easy to work with and made my rental car a smooth transition. Walter made sure that my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed.
