Haley Rader was very thorough and professional in her approach to customer service. I was quite amused that she treated my car as a house pet that I would leave at the vet. She was very accommodating and reassuring . I was most surprised when she called me two days sooner than expected to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. My hat is off to Haley.
