Poor timeline.Appointment was made for service when I assumed parts were in (as I was told). Only to drop off our vehicle to sit 2 days awaiting parts, and then the "guaranteed" timeline of ****/28 was not met either.
I appreciated text updates and initial customer service at the shop, and friendly staff but grossly underwhelmed by overall performance.
