The date of my pick up kept changing, and then after I arrived to pick up, I went through the check out process, paid my deductible, returned the rental, and then got to see the car only to discover the car had spots on the trunk lid that had not been repaired. I was very lucky the rental car had not left the parking lot so that I could leave my car to have service completed.
