Mike at the Morse Rd, Columbus, Ohio location was great to deal with. Although I haven't been able to go over the repairs in depth, the paint appears smooth, seams are straight, and car was cleaner than when it took it in. It appears to be a great job!

The service was fantastic right up until the very very end. Really, I was so impressed with their professionalism, continuous communication throughout the visit, and timeliness of both drop off and pick up. Upon pickup however, my vehicle was on completely empty (0 miles per gallon). I would have gladly paid for gas (if needed, etc), but when I went back in to tell the team they told me "it's a Toyota, it will make it to the gas station"
