I truly appreciated the prompt response and update every step regarding my vehicle, my rep was professional and courteous. If I had any questions he quickly answered them without hesitation which I loved. He made sure to walk me through my paperwork and show me the finished work done on the car so I was at ease.

Completion date delayed 5 times. Tint damaged -no notification. Guess they hoped i wouldnt notice. Door speakers left disconnected. Discolorations all over car(in areas that weren't repaired)i assume chemical overspray or splatter from another project. Came in for resolution of **** simple dent. Now i have 3 new
Damage issues to resolve. Also, the logo tag on my floormat was loose upon dropoff...now its completely hanging off. So 4 repairs i have to worry about. Im calling my allstate rep in the am. I no longer trust service king.
