The level of service was excellent. I was consistently aware of the status of repairs via mobile text. The repairs to my vehicle were completed ahead of schedule. The ability to be able drop the rental vehicle off at different location than where my vehicle was being repaired was a convenient time saver. Thank you Service King!

I had a State-of-Texas shaped "Texas Rangers" in my receiver hitch. The day after I got my truck back, I noticed it wasn't there. Service King and I disputell it being there. I called the morning of 2/28 and asked about it. The fellow I spoke with said he "thinks he remembered seeing it" and would look around the shop. He called me back and informed me he had pictures that it was not there to begin with.
I disagree.

Everything went very smoothly and the work on the car looks great. They replaced a broken headlight which I didn't know was broken but it greatly improves my visibility at night and the window washer fluid container is now functional. I am very pleased with the work and everyone was very helpful.
