The repair quality is fine but it took a very long time. My expected date to be completed was the 29 of December. It wasn't done until the 5th of January. I called in and explained my rental would be expired and he (Tom) said he would pick up the extra charges. However this was not taken care of and my account is now overdrafted because Hertz charged my account despite me talking to both Tom from Service King and Hertz.
