The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The repair staff that I had contact with were all courteous in person and on phone. All spoke in terms I could understand regarding my vehicle repairs. I would definitely recommend this shop.

The repair was great, but communication was terrible. The repair was delayed 3 times which was annoying but understood, but what wasn’t so understood was why my calls were not returned when asking about the car, and I was never told about another delay extension until last minute.
