Felicia was amazing! From the start she made me feel very comfortable with me leaving my vehicle at your repair shop. Felicia helped me get settled with a rental vehicle and gave me a reasonable estimated date as to when all repairs would be completed, she also called several times to inform me of any updates there was with the repairs. I was very pleased with how she communicated with me and how she took ownership of my vehicle being repaired, although I knew she would not be physically working on my car- I was comfortable with it being at service king because I knew Felicia would ensure it was done correctly. Keep hiring folks like her, great way to represent Service King!
