Great service & workmanship. However, the text updates were out of synch with the shop reality. I was texted that the truck was ready Saturday, but it wasn’t. I was texted Monday that it was still in progress to contradict the Friday text. Then the rep called to say it was being washed & he’d call when ready. I received a text after that that it was ready for pickup. So I went to get it and it was still 45 minutes from being ready. Just have the text updates be truthful & accurate. Thank you for the overall simplicity, though.

I'm happy with the end result, however, it took ten days, the finish date was extended , and y'all lost the protective shield under the car and denied it, didn't order a new one, or replace it until I insisted upon it. Two retaining clips in the front side panel were missing and I had to point that out as well. I think that the folks are very nice , however the work was initially incomplete when I went to pick the car up , took two more days and majorly inconvenienced me.
Darrell was great about contacting me and keeping me updated. I appreciated that. Thanks for making it right.
