Upon first picking up my repaired vehicle, there was defect in the paint on the door. The door was not the damaged area but a new defect was made in the paint during the initial repair. Thus I had to wait an extra day to receive my car back after I took time off work to retrieve my car. After waiting an extra day to retrieve my car I came back the next day and the paint seemed okay but when I drove back to work the alignment was off and now when I hold the steering wheel straight the car turns to the left.

My touchups were not done. There is a gap where my bumper was supposed to be fixed. And my camera monitor is angled weirdly now and I cannot get it to straighten. And there is a weird noise I am hearing when I brake. I don't understand what happened to my car.

The quality of repair was good. Time and communications were my issue. A week or so after inspection of the vehicle, my insurance company had not received Service King’s estimate, which it then requested. The insurance company immediately paid Service King, which days after had not contacted me to set up a service date. I had to call to move that along. Service King kept my vehicle for the entire week it had blocked out for a very minor repair.
