Everything went extremely smoothly. I liked the daily email updates. The reception area of the store was very nice and clean, plus Peter and the receptionist were courteous and personable. They set up the rental car for me so that I only had to wait 5 minutes for the car to be delivered to me. Plus, when my car was ready, I left the rental car there. There was no need for me to drop it at Hertz or call to let them know it was at Key Collision. I'd refer Key Collision to anyone looking for body repair.

Bryant Taylor from enterprise rent-a-car at your location has a sucky attitude. Even some of your staff agreed, to the point that I elected not to rent from him or the enterprise office on Broadway, but inconvenienced my wife to take me all the way up to Plaistow for a vehicle rental while my vehicle was being repaired. He is a detriment to your office.
