Loved, love the staff. I was so stressed. The staff was so courteous and not rushing me, just took time to make sure I understood the repair process. I also was kept up dated daily on the progress of the repairs. Jerry went over all the repairs with me, the car looked brand "new" !! Everyone was good to work with and the car looked good from a distance. But when feeling the edges around bumper in the curvatures there were rough edges. Chad told me that it wasn't the paint or clear coat, but the issue was the plastic bumper. Which makes me think that the bumper wasn't prepared correctly, maybe should ended sanding with a finer sand paper. Chad said they could repaint a protion of the bummer but then I would have a paint line.
Not a perfect situation. Not sure how to proceed, any suggestions?

Female staff member, not Bridgette, was rude when I picked up my car. I assumed that a staff member would have wanted to review loaner car. I parked it in front of Nicollet garage door. I was informwd, although there is no signage, that I should have parked the car in the parking lot. As I was leaving, a male staff member pulled the loaner car into the garage through the door that I had parked in front of - contradicting what I had just been told. The female staff membet's demeanor was a huge turn off and unnevessary. On a positive note: Thank you for the free loaner car and quality work.
