As I explained, I got an email from molroys saying it would take 16 days for my car to be repaired. This was confusing because the insurance representative had told me it would be much quicker than that (Which it was). When I replied to the email, I got no response. So, I would say your email update system did not work for me. It caused more distress than ease. Everything else went well. The Enyerprise rental guy tried to sell me insurance I did not need. Since that did occur on your lot, I'd encourage you to talk to enterprise about not taking advantage of your customers.
