I was told that we would be notified if the car was not ready at the estimated pick up time. I was not notified and it was not ready to go. I came and had to wait 45 min. I would have appreciated knowing about the delay.

The paint job wasn't complete on the rear door. The rubber gasket that seals the rear door was ripped in the accident and never repaired and the rear wind shield wiper was installed backwards. I brought it in and Tim ordered a new gasket and scheduled some paint work for when the parts arrive

Actually, the idea to detail interior always seems to be an afterthought with how it is coordinated with dan's nicollet wash. this isn't the first time I wanted that done if you guys could make it seamless that would be a value added approach. Thanks Terri

The staff were darling. The repair was accurate and speedy. Kelly up front was gracious and unrelenting in her understanding of my forgetfulness - who knew I might need our GPS considering the kids bought it for me with good reason? And the cherry on top...the mounds of grit was had been storing on the floor mats all winter were gone. We'll miss those piles - they were like family - the kind of family that hangs around long after you want them gone and empties your fridge and leaves the car short of petrol.
