The only thing I would ask is next time I am told that there will be a rental car waiting there, pls explain that I will actually have to be picked up and taken to the rental agency. I was not told that part and it was a lot of work to move three carseats, a stroller and kids twice. Other than that, you all did great and I appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown.
