I thought that Karen was extremely nice and welcoming. When I picked up my car and left, my check engine light came on, and when I called the shop, Gary answered the phone and told me to bring my car right back in and they would check it out. I was extremely grateful for this act of kindness because the shop was closed at this time but Gary and the guys working in the garage stayed later to help me out. Everyone I encountered throughout the process was very kind and helpful.
