The work that needed to be done on my Nissan Pathfinder was refused- the engine lights were still indicating troubles and my vehicle was returned in perilous driving condition. It repeatedly stalled while driving; the consequences of which were compounded by the fact that the car is a hybrid. To restart the engine required removing the key and walking a distance from the car before attempting to restart. We took the vehicle to Nissan, which of course found the damage to be accident related. ****was informed -in person- that an adjustment needed to be made at Nissan in order for them to make the repair. Five days later, he still has not responded to make the adjustment. We didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call. My next calls will be to the Maryland State Insurance Commissioner and the consumer protection division of the Maryland Attorney General's office.

The front hood is not aligned correctly. It closes closer to the fender where it should be on the passenger side , the gap on driver's side is way too big.
