I absolutely LOVE the service at this location. KATHY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The staff greeted me everytime I came in the door and I never sat and waited. They were waiting for and to me. The text messaging system to customers is outstanding. I never had to chase down anyone or call anyone for status...they did exactly what they said and that was keep me posted. Dealing with the accident and every thing else...this was the least of my concerns. Enterprise rep Shantel was truly Godsent! She made sure I was taken care of and without hestitation. I would never take my car anywhere else for no just accident repair but my service or body work.
