Dealing with Enterprise damaged my overall opinion of the repair-process/experience. While Signature's repair looks good, the Enterprise experience was nothing but bad. The vehicle's exterior was dirty and there was little gasoline in the tank (the digital gauge read: "69 miles" of distance remaining) But worse, I was told "Just leave the car at Signature" Why? ...SO THE FAKE CLAIM of damaging the rental would come days later and be more difficult to dispute? I believe the damage was there before I took possession of the vehicle, and found it very suspicious how the rep immediately noticed a tiny crease from 15ft away and walked directly towards that one spot (while) claiming damage. I am now so very distrustful of Enterprise, and the fact that Signature is a repair shop makes me wonder if this is a scheme where Enterprise claims damage and Signature repairs it. If not for this incident with the Enterprise rep, I might have been satisfied with my dealings with Signature Collision. In my opinion, Enterprise has damaged Signature's reputation.

The entire experience was seamless.
