I appreciate that the repair to my car was both started and completed as scheduled. The repair was a bumper replacement, the fit and finish of the repair appears flawless. I also appreciate that the Repair Planner, Jose Limon, took time to complete a quality check to make sure all of my tail lights were working properly, having to switch out several bulbs and finding the correct combination to complete the job. Jose also took the time to answer questions about a possible future repair to my car, and appeared knowledgeable about the subject of the repair. Overall, a good experience.

It was a great experience with the only to people that I interacted with in the entire process. The front desk lady was always kind and courteous with providing update and answering questions.
Jose was outstanding, this was the person who inspected the car. He was beyond helpful and deserves recognition, his customer service was on point t and felt comfortable leaving my car and having certainty that it would be a professional end product. Jose always kept me update even if I would get text messages with updates, he Showed true concern about my vehicle and not jay another job.
