I recently got deployed with less than 24 hrs. And fix was pressuring my friends and family to hurry up and pick up my car so it doesn't sit in their lot without my consent. They forced my girlfriend to sit over an hour in traffic during rush hour to get in before they closed. Again staff did not communicate or wait for my consent on this. Also my driver's window buttons are no longer function

Fix Auto Chula Vista did a wonderful job on my car. They repaired it in a timely manner, and it was super clean when I picked it up. I was always kept updated on how the repair was going which I really appreciated. Everyone was nice, helpful, and caring throughout the whole process. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative over the phone and in person. Matt went out of his way to make sure my car was fixed in one day so I didnt have to waste money on a rental since my insurance didnt pay for it and they even let me pick up my car past closing time. The car looks great like nothing ever happened and they even washed it. Very happy with their service.
