KC is the best!!! The repairs were completed within a reasonable time and she kept me updated on status the entire time. She also coordinated a recall inspection while the truck was there with the service center. Excellent service - Norman Frede will be where I bring my truck for all services.

Didn't check brakes during repair until my husband asked and so therefore we weren't aware of it needing repair and which made him miss work to go find the parts to get it fixed just in time so I wouldn't be without a vehicle because I had to turn in the rental. Other then that I am satisfied unless I see otherwise with my vehicle since I have only had it for a few hours.
