I brought into the body center a new GM replacement rear bumper cover for my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport to be painted to match the factory color. While I felt that the customer service that Raymond provided was exceptional, the paint job was not. There are several runs in the paint due to particals that were left on the surface prior to the application of the paint. When I picked up the bumper cover they weren't noticeable due to the amount of sanding dust from the shop on the cover. Raymond assured me that the scratches that I noticed could be buffed out once I had the bumper installed on the car and that he would gladly take care of it once it was. As for the runs in the paint I am not so confident that they can be buffed out to the satisfaction of a Corvette owner.

I will return tomorrow, early. The DIC reported a left turn signal malfunction the first time I used it. This was the tail light assembly removed by the dealership to make repairs. Nothing was wrong with it before or the DIC would have reported it.
