Everyone I spoke to, or who called and left a message if I wasn't able to answer, was comoletely wonderful! They were all very kind and friendly, and kept me informed of each step that my baby (my truck) was in. All of this occurred in the process of me moving from the Aurora area to Crystal Lake, so it could have been completely hectic, but they provided nothing but ease for me.

When I picked up the car I noticed a scratch in the paint. I mentioned it and they fixed it right away. Everything looks good and I enjoyed talking to the staff. Everybody there seems happy to be there. The whole experience was very smooth and easier than I expected. I appreciated the daily text message and Bob called often to keep me informed.

The employees kept me updated via text and telephone regarding the progress on the repair of my vehicle, and Bob explained what kind of parts would be used in the the repair. ABRA worked with the rental car company so I could drop off the rental car at ABRA when I picked up my fixed vehicle. My car looks better than it did before my accident, and is running very smoothly. I also greatly appreciate that my car was completely cleaned in the inside when it was returned to me, and the office staff was friendly, too. Overall, I am very satisfied with the with ABRA.

Super awesome communication from them, felt like the guy that I spoke to (Nick?) actually gave a **** about my car and my overall wellbeing, making sure I was okay after the crash. I like the texts updates too. I felt like cleaning my interior was too much. Appreciate it, but it was really dirty in there.
I would say I would come back but I don't plan on smashing my car again. But if I do then yes this place is the go-to
