I am handicapped so it was nice having rental car brought to you at shop. I wish there was more explanation of what they found and how to be repaired. AlsoI was picking up car and writing out check and a man came in to pick up his car and the girl processing my pick up stopped processing mine and started his which took some time as there was issue with his payment then with his receipt. It took so long I had to sit down. I thought that was extremely rude as she should have completed my transaction before going on to another.
