Karen is the best! She made everything so easy, and kept me in the loop so I had zero worries. This team did a great job with my Pilot--and they cleaned the inside! That's so appreciated!

I really loved everything about this experience. Bethany and Karen were great with checking me in, and doing the estimate. The car looks emacculate. The techs who worked on my car (Mike, Brian, or Jacob) did fantastic. It was a great surprise to pick up my car to find it so expertly detailed and polished as well.

I hit a deer with my work truck and as a contractor first appearance is everything. I took my vehicle to Gerber Collision in Newaygo and they had it completely repaired in two days. I was very surprised considering the bumper drill headlight fender and door needed replacing as well as the grill.Gerber collision is a top notch facility from the front office to the technicians doing the repairs.I highly recommend Gerber to anyone that may ask me and if I ever need body work or any repairs I will no doubt bring it to Gerber

Only thing I would say is I think they forgot to change my temp sensor. It is still all over the place.

I noticed the new upper plastic attachment on the bumper was black where the original was green but I understand that it was difficult to even find one. The lower plastic part of the bumper bubbles away from the bumper instead of fitting snugly.That concerns me a bit with Michigan weather getting up into it. Headlight area etc.looks great.Time spent was appropriate for the job, and having a loaner car was invaluable!. Overall a good experience.

Repair was fine. Felt a little like things could have been handled in a much more customer oriented manner instead of a convenience for the facility manner. Had to wait an extra week for repairs in order to get a loaner. The job was completed before the scheduled day so I had not scheduled time to pick it up. As loaners are apparently scarce I was told (or it seemed like I was told) I pretty much needed to drop everything I was doing and pick up my car so they could get the loaner back. While I understand the dilemma I felt the manner in which it was handled was unprofessional and lacked courtesy to the customer. The estimate was handled well...as usual the repair work was done well...it just seemed there was a lot more concern for what worked for the company as opposed to what worked for the customer. Not what I have been used to from Gerber Collision in the past at all.

The team was very professional, listened to my mechanical concerns, and verified that the vehicle would be drivable. The body work performed is beautiful and the turn around time was better than I expected. I appreciate all of the updates I received throughout the process. Thanks to you all.

Our car was damaged by a hit and run driver, so we were very frustrated by this incident. At 4:00 on a Friday afternoon we drove into Gerber Collision to get an estimate for the repairs needed. We needed it done ASAP since we were headed to Florida the following Friday. The staff immediately took our information, looked at the damages and said they would get two estimates to us, one for just the headlight replacement and one for total repairs needed. Since we were paying for the repairs out of our pockets and we were under time constraints,we chose just the headlight replacement. We received an email reply that the headlight had been ordered and that we would be notified after the part was received with a tentative start day on Thursday and that we could drop the car off on Wednesday afternoon. We dropped it off and later that day received a call saying the repairs were done and ready for pick up after being washed, a day ahead of schedule. They also included free of charge repairs to the side dent. We are totally impressed with the excellent customer service we received. They turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant experience, we will most definitely refer others to Gerber Collision in Newaygo MI. Thank you so very much!
