Karen was great to work with and kept me updated and in the loop on the repairs. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and the car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off! :) Thanks guys!

The e-mail information caused confusion. I spoke with a person who estimated the completion time at 2 days. Then the e-mails started coming in adding 2 more days plus a weekend in the middle. I had to call to confirm that things hadn't changed.
