At the office, Carol was thorough with paperwork and had excellent customer service skills with a smile, and a great sense of humor. Jeremy was friendly and understanding, providing on-time delivery with excellent color matching and touch ups. Extra service was rendered in detailing. If you are unable to complete the repairs by the original date you quote, then you need to notify the customer, not wait for the customer to call you, or even worse, not respond to customer phone calls so that they need to stop by your shop to get information.

The majority of repairs were fine, but disappointed that the driver side auto window still did not open and the auto mirror seemed to have a lose connection.(Didn't work and then worked) I asked that all of these electronic things should be checked and working before we picked it up and returned the rental car.
These things worked perfectly before the collision. Hopefully, the part has been ordered and we will be called to get it installed ASAP as the car will be out of town soon. Thank you so much.
