There was two additional week delay due to staffing issues. However they did a tremendous job keeping me updated . What they lacked in having management acknowledged being of delayed with my car and should had offered additional service or comp. Instead I had to initiate it which they came to an arrangement taking care a portion of my car rental. No I did not have rental coverage through my insurance which I brought to their attention at the beginning.

Beyond happy with the service here. Claudia was super nice and accommodating while helping with all my paperwork. Josh was very patient & knowledgeable answering all of my car/insurance questions, and was always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend Craftsman Collision to anyone and everyone! They have some genuinely good people working here that have your best interest in mind. This was my first time having a big accident so I was nervous to go to a body shop alone, but the level of customer service is so impeccable it made the process easy/stress free!

From my first call to get an appointment to picking up my Jeep my experience couldn’t have been any better! Claudia was fantastic. She was thorough, professional and paid attention to every detail. Josh did such a fantastic job repairing my Jeep. I swear it looks better than when I took it off the showroom floor when I bought it. He went the extra distance to wax it and detail it. I want to keep it in the garage so it won’t get dirty! It looks so beautiful. I am always so miserably picky and seriously, for the first time ever I have never been this pleased. Both Claudia and Josh kept in constant communication with me via texts and I was never left wondering what was going on. Thank you so much for a Wonderful experience! We have a problem . Justin said no problem with my truck. Justin said he had diagnosed my car?? Not diagnosed fully, scan was only done but it didn’t reveal the problem. I sent to my friend, a third party in a way, to Diagnose - he found out the problem quicker and thoroughly than the scan given to us as the problem was Oxygen Sensor on the passenger side that needed to be replaced. Justin didn’t reveal the truth to me as Im conflicted on this situation.

The entire experience was perfect! From the day I dropped off my baby to the day I picked her back up. They kept me updated constantly, and even went out of their way to stay in contact when their computers went down. Jason went out of his way to make this as easy an experience as he could. The front desk girl made dropping off my car less stressful with her cheerful personality.
This entire experience was stress free, hassle free, and as perfect as being hit can be. They worked very well with my insurance company.
