I am very happy with the communication I received throughout the repair and the repair itself looks great but i was told they had no access to the internet at the time I picked up my vehicle and assured me my receipt for payment would be emailed to me right away and I have not yet received anything.

She took the time to explain every detail to me and calm done my copious anxiety. We were dealing with two different insurance companies and two different claims. She helped throughit all, even to the point of talking to the car rental company for me. Job well done, Gerber, hiring such competent and personalbe people!
