OK here is the deal. I have used Gerber for a previous accident and to be honest at first I just looked at reviews first then chose you. During that first-time experience with Gerber, it was a great experience. So this time I chose you based on my previous experience and you didn't disappoint at all. Heidi was really thorough, professional and super courteous. I was told 6 days at first for the repair however I got it back in less than 4 days. I inspected truck and all is great. I always recommend u thanks for caring and doing such as great job.

It took three times to get to get my car fixed and even at that it is still not the best work. I work hard for what I have, take pride in ownership and was very disappointed this was a USAA certified shop. I will be letting USAA know about my experience, will not recoupment this shop or ever be back for service there again.
