My truck had to come back the next day after having it for 12 days which caused me to accumulate more rental car fees. The damages caused by the accident were overlooked becaused the examiners assumed some items were not apart of the accident. Gross negligence was presented. The attitude displayed by customer service and examiners made me feel sub standard as a customer. Causing me to get upset and vowing to my self that I would not ever use Carrubas again. My wife was a witness to this treatment. Also my exit inspection was never completed.I AM EXTREMELY HONEST AND I WAS MADE TO FEEL I HOPE NOT BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR I MAY HAVE BEEN LYING. I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF USSA FOR ABOUT 30 YEARS AND NEVER REPORTED ANYTHING DISHONESTLY.
