From the moment I dropped off my vehicle till the day I picked it up and viewed the repair I have been completely satisfied. Both Carubba and Geico working together was amazing and I will pass that on to family and friends. It made my family's life easy while we were dealing with this situation. I chose Carubba collision because it advertised detailing as part of the experience. The front row was slightly detailed however there was dust on the dash board so I would say the floor of the front seats was vacuumed. Second row seats did not appear vacuumed and the third row had candy wrappers on the floor so I am certain nothing was done back there

I felt like I wasn't updated through the repair process and want expecting to be stuck in a rental for 3 weeks, and in the end was charged for a repair I did not feel was necessary. I had a part repaired under a year ago, so it was not warn down as claimed and I was charged a betterment fee. I had to pay right away because I was on my lunch break of my regular 7a-7p shift to pick up my car before I was charged for my rental car. I'm not very happy with carrubba at this point. I had issues last year with a bumper replacement taking over a week and getting it back the wrong color, so it was another week process to fix their mistake.
