When I dropped off my car to be repaired everyone was helpful, and more than happy to help and answer my questions; it felt like handing my keys over to a relative. Even my over the phone conversations were great.
The day came to pick up my car, I arrive to the front desk and speak to a clerk who looks like he doesn't want to be there, I don't recall hearing a greeting, and every task seemed so arduous. It was a small hiccup, in the otherwise fantastic service. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

We were told that our car was completely ready for
p/u on Sat. 7/19. We went to the shop.
We found numerous spots on the car that needed repair. The car had not been cleaned or wash.
It was not ready for p/u & wasted our time on a
day of rest.
The staff are very helpful & professional except for not checking our car.
Our original key was misplaced & was replaced by Lemans w/one from the Ford dealership.
This is the 2nd time that we have used Lemans for our car repairs, overall we like the work but the attention to detail needs some improvement.
