Everyone at pacific elite was extremely accommodating, especially Saul. When the repairs went a few days over schedule, it complicated my ability to pick up the vehicle; at the time it was set to be completed on Saturday afternoon, I would have been at work, and the shop would be closed by the time I got out of work. To ensure I'd have my car in time to pick up my family coming in to town on Sunday morning, Saul arranged to have someone stay later Friday night so my car would be ready early the next morning instead of mid day, so I could pick it up before I went to work. He was even willing to stay late himself on Saturday if it was not done to allow me to pick it up after work when they would normally be closed. My car was returned in beautiful condition, and overall everyone just went above and beyond to truly make me feel like I was taken care of. I have zero complaints about the service and people at pacific elite and am beyond pleased with my decision to get my car fixed with them. Thanks guys!

The one area that warranted improvement was really with the interactions with enterprise rental car. When the car tire blew out 5 minutes after I had rented the car, they insisted that I needed to call my own AAA to get it fixed. They then stated that I needed to go back to their facility to exchange a car (I asked them to deliver a car to my workplace, since technically, this was their error).
